  • Trade for H. Barnes

Whenever i see this guy play, i see a player with massive potential. All-star caliber. I see a Paul Pierce type player. No way he can reach that potential in Oakland though being the 3rd-4th option every night.

Barnes is still only 22 years old. I would trade any player on this team for a guy like that. ANY player, and that includes Lowry/DeRozan.

haven't seen him a lot this year, but heard that dude sucks real bad from few GSW fans..

He's looking pretty good against the Grizzlies though.

As a huge Raps & UNC fan, I will never forgive Ben Uzoh and his useless triple double for keeping us from having Barnes on the team. Perfect fit. Defends, hits the glass, can score from 3 or in the post. I just don't know how we pry him away. To me, the Warriors should be keeping him, trying to deal Iggy & D-Lee, so that they can keep Green as well. GS is pretty well covered on the wing. Amir's a guy they have liked over the years, but he's a FA, so is Jonas the most attractive asset that the Warriors can use going foward?

If the Nets won that game, the Raptors would have selected Lillard. It was the coin flip that they lost that cost them them Barnes.

Although BC could have drafted Barnes at 6.. I just assume Lillard was higher on his draft board.

I do remember there being a rumour last season that GS was interested in a Barnes for Amir trade.

If they extend Draymond Green, then yeah I would be open to sending over whatever they want to snag him

I agree 100%. GSW will be going after KD and I don't they can retain H.B. the problem is that they will have zero interest on DD and Curry because they are set for their back courts.

I think to get H.B, we need to get the 3rd team involved and that would be quite complex and I don't think MU can pull it off.

Iggy to Denver disagrees. By far the most weird complex trade I ever saw, and Denver really came out like bandits

                        YES, GET BARNES.....HE WILL PERFORM...

Personally, I'd offer Demar and Amir for Harrison and David Lee. GS goes for it to dump Lee's contract, we get Harrison.

Then sign and trade Lou with Vasquez for Ty Lawson, Faried and Gary Harris.

DO IT MASAI.....or some reasonable facsimile thereof...

I don't know much about trades, but I imagine it would take a third party because GS would want non-guaranteed contracts to clear cap space for Green. But yeah i have liked Barnes for years and I would take David Lee along with him. Worth noting that he had trouble playing in a system last year that emphasized isos...
