NBA Salary Cap for Next Season

NBA has set the salary cap at $58 million which is more than last years and $2 million more than expected.

This is huge. An extra $2 million in cap space for all those teams under the cap. Plus it puts less of a strain on teams over the luxury threshold - New Orleans only needs to clear something like 1.2 million now to avoid the luxury tax.
