Found a video on RealGM of Jonas Valanciunas when hes younger. Its all in Lithuanian though and Im not sure what is being said. Thought it was kinda cool. Here is the link for those that want to watch.

Comparing his built at 15 and how he looks today, it's obvious he's already gained significant mass. Maybe add another 10lbs of muscle would suffice. More than that would compromise his speed and quickness in my opinion.
