  • ESPN: Bucks to Sign Stackhouse

I guess with Redd done, the Bucks need a little insurance. Not sure how much left in the talk Jerry has, but a solid acquisition for Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Bucks will sign veteran guard Jerry Stackhouse to a contract for the rest of the season, according to NBA front-office sources.

Sources told ESPN.com that Stackhouse is expected to formally sign with the Bucks on Monday or possibly Tuesday after the Martin Luther King holiday.

I always liked Stack. I hope he does well with the Bucks.

He's 35 and TBH I don't expect him to be able to do much for the Bucks.

Milwaukee's postseason dreams are sinking fast and hard.

I think the Bucks will still be in the race for 8th seed come april. it will be close but imo they are going to be on the outside looking in.

If I remember correctly he had many a locker-room issue with some of his earlier teams (Washington, Detroit)...mostly to do with touches and time. He calmed down later in his career after he went to Dallas. Does not shoot the 3 very well statistically...while Redd of course was one of the better ones.

I expect them to drift into the 30-35 win range by the end of the season.
