Eddie Lacy to Green Bay would be great.

You got your wish! Great pick... I just don't get how the really good teams still manage to get so many good players all the time in the draft...

I'm not overly impressed with who the 'Boys got, especially taking the C in round one. I really like the Terrance Williams pick in round 3 though. Led the nation in receiving and had 12 TD's. Excellent insurance for when Miles goes down with another injury(inevitable!). Should be a great 1-2 punch with Dez for years!

I like what the Bills got as well, EJ Manuel will pan out I believe. And they got Robert Woods at WR.

Anybody's draft impress you guys, or maybe depress you?

Yeah! Lacy was the top rated RB by many, he just took a hit due to injury history and perceived drive but I don't know, he's going into a very strong system and this is a steal in the late second round. Some mocks had the Pack taking him in round one.

I need to get caught up with the rest now.

The Packers focused on defense, blocking and the run game. Two O-linemen, two RBs, two D-linemen and a corner. I am not familiar with any of them really outside of Lacy and Franklin but it looks like they're making a big effort to fill holes; seven picks in the first five rounds.

Packers had themselves a nice draft. I'm a big fan of Datone Jones and i think he fits your system perfectly. I wanted my raiders to draft Franklin, him and Lacy are a perfect match. Lacy in for 2 downs and Franklin in on 3rds.

Yeah, I can't believe they got both of them. I was reading mock drafts prior to and most were arguing whether Lacy or Franklin was the top back in the draft; the Packers got both and high value spots in the draft at that. I'm pretty excited to see these guys rolling. I think Lacy is the better fantasy option right now because he should get the goal line carries.

Speaking of the Raiders, JaMarcus Russell worked out for the Bears on Friday. They may sign him later on in the summer. Apparently he lost all the weight and is in fine form, tossing the ball well.

while his weight was a problem it was the fact he couldn't make reads that was the reason we really lost games and he bombed. i'm skeptical.

I would like to see him make a team somewhere. "Worst QB bust since Ryan Leaf" is not something I would wish on anybody.
