  • NBA2k14 Player Ratings

    They revealed ratings for some of the players in 2K14, and I was wondering what you guys think the Raptors players would be rated?

    http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on-...earmaxed-at-99

    i think 2K will rate them like this:

    Lowry 2k13: 82 --> 2K14: 80
    Derozan 2K13:77 --> 2K14: 79/80
    Gay 2K13: 86 --> 2K14: 83
    Johnson 2K13: 70 I think --> 2K14: 73
    Valanciunas 2K13: 68 --> 2K14: 72

    I'm too lazy to do the rest of the roster, but that's what I think they'll be.

    "Masai WILL win us a championship"
    - Tim Leiweke

    Ujiri: "One thing I can say for sure is that we will not be stuck in the middle."

    Reporter: "How can you say that?"

    Ujiri: "Because I can say that."

    I think Valanciunas should be a 75 at least.

            Tbh in 2K the overall rating means very little.

            Terrence Ross is one of the best players in the game and he's only like a 72.

              And the best part, is that i made him come off the bench his whole carreer and he never complained

                the rookies this year have higher ratings then last.
                And if Bennet is gonna start off with a 76, Valanciunas is at least 79. Last year they took into account international play, so JV should have helped himself.

                  I'd rank them as follows:

                  JV - 78
                  AJ - 76
                  RG - 84
                  DD - 80
                  KL - 80

                  But 2K will go with something like:

                  JV - 73
                  AJ - 75
                  RG - 85
                  DD - 79
                  KL - 80

                  but they could drop KL significantly, also they could improve JV significantly. 2K is unpredictable with those rankings.

                    In 2k13 Ross could rain in three's from every spot on the court. I think they're gonna fix that this year.
                    You come at the King, you best not miss.

                      What I think:

                      JV - 74
                      Amir - 75
                      DeMar - 79
                      Lowry - 79
                      Rudy - 82

                      & I agree about how overall's can be misleading. If the guy is a good 3pt shooter, he can be unstoppable.

                          That's because people exploit the game, especially online 1v1

                            I agree, but the same thing happens when it is a CPU you're playing against.

                              if you have jamal crawford or korver... you automatically win.. not that crawford is an amazing 3 pt shooter, but in the game he's crazy
