his coaching deficiencies were quite apparent last season.. I love the guy for what he does offer.. but id say if things fall apart this season its fair to look in his direction.. no one is throwing him under the bus, I just don't think he is good enough to be a head coach.. again I love the guy and love what he offers but I think he is best suited as an assistant coach.. so far in the preseason (yes yes its only preseason and u could argue that they are saving the good stuff as far as x's and o's, but for some reason I don't think so) he hasn't shown any improvement over last year
