It popping out doesn't really mean it's serious. This happens to players all the time and it's his non shooting hand. Also if it were serious I don't think they would wait until tomorrow to examine him.

So DeMar went off on Allen? Didn't see game who guarded him? Also calm down JV fans you expect him to get that many touches in this game when he's going up against 2 of the leagues best bugs? Why on Earth play to Grizzlies strengths. Also bummed about injuries Novak is sitting out till season its not serious..

Judging by how relaxed Lowry seemed, doesn't seem like anything major. Non-shooting hand as well.

GLF wrote: View PostOkay I talked too soon. Lowry supposedly has a wrap or splint around the finger he injured.
He'll be examined by specialist tommorow to find out if surgery is needed. ( my opinion ) << EDIT: Ouch, it looks like he'll be re-evaluated by team docs? Then it's great news.
Anyway, let's stay positive. It doesn't mean he has serious injury if his finger is wrapped up.

Yea I wouldn't play him on Friday even if he can play. There is no point. We know what he can do and he's gone through training camp so he knows the plays. Let him get ready for October 30th. It doesn't seem serious so I'm sure he'll be ready for that game. Also it will probably be good for the bench point guards to get some extended minutes to see if they will finally show something.I relish negativity and disappointment. It is not healthy. Somebody buy me a pony.
