      • Just out that Steve Blake is out for 6 weeks with an elbow injury. Does that make LA a potential landing spot for Lowry?

          • Steve Blake tore a ligament and is out for a while. LAL have no PGs available.

            • Should Lowry suffer a hangnail problem (not play) in case he really hurts himself?

They also have no assets... unless they'd like Felton for Blake's expiring contract

                  Or Felton

Felton's best year was with Pringles

Masai also traded Felton once before

Well, nothing they really have that we really want. They can't trade us their 2014 pick. Doubt MU wants anything to do with Nash like BC did.

Toronto: 2014 pick from Cleveland, Felton
                      NYC: Lowry, Dion Waiters

                      Just a thought

Question. Why would Cleveland do this? They essentially traded away their 2012 and 2014 pick...

NY would need to include Felton & Shumpert just to cover Lowry's contract. They wouldn't be able to take back Waiters without including more salary.

Iman Shumpert is more defensive minded which is this Cleveland needs, seeing that Dion Waiters is pretty much useless without the ball. Plus they are trying to compete and hansbrough could help with that.

The only people who still claim that the Raptors are not tanking are the ones who dug their heels in a little too deep this summer and will have some egg on their face when it happens.

It's not a secret that the Raptors are gunning for a top five pick. The media on both sides of the border have basically come out and said that it's happening.
Oh, for heaven's sake, another one of these twisted facts calling out posts.

Bold 1: I don't recall anyone saying "the Raptors are not tanking". Some, me included, expressed a distaste for "tanking", if that included peddling everyone but JV, and yes we wanted to see how the team as formed would gel. If you're hanging on people believing that MU was going to see what he had before doing anything, well, he did. Who are these people who you say will have egg on their faces, and what jollies are you getting from calling these phantom people out?
As for whether the only actual move yet (Rudy) represents the start of some "full on tank", I posted a well reasoned comment to point out that the trade alone is certainly not representative of a "tank", as they got no young prospects, no picks, and may have gotten better. (okay gang, let loose with the vitriol, lol)

Bold 2: And your point is? That media spouting speculation is proof? How did that Gray for Jimmer work out for those boys? To say nothing of dozens, if not hundreds, of other pissing in the wind speculations from media every year.

Maybe a tank is on, maybe not. There's zero proof of that my unloading 1 toxic contract, of a player hurting the team's performance, and shopping an expiring contract of a non-long term PG? And who the fk are you throwing egg on their phantom faces?

Okay let put this into perspective for the Cavs. You essentually exchange Iman Shumpert for Dion Waiters. That just leaves Hansbrough. You're essentially trading Hansbrough for their 2014 pick in a STACKED DRAFT. Even if they are competing, they won't just trade away their 2014 pick for nothing...
