Vasquez needs more time with this system. He is making terrible decisions with the ball right now and wasting tons of time on hesitating on the perimeter.

With Vasquez we should pretty much revolve our offense around the PnR with Amir and Val.

Exactly, he's about as good as you can hope for in your backup PG.
