I really don't like that move for Washington. Gortat is already 30 years old. Maybe 2 of those years will be in his prime. It's gonna be a bad contract in years 3-5 imo.

No, I know. Just in terms of it's really stupid to give that length without an out in that situation. Giving 5 years full guarantee to a 30 year old is in the dumb contract realm of a 6 year contract guaranteed for 5 years to a guy you can't even insure.
