Speaking of Carroll, by the 4th qtr and OT, Johnson couldn't get anything going against Carroll. Was that just a case of Johnson's age catching up to him?

If so, the longer this series goes, the better our chances of outlasting these geriatrics.
Yeah I was thinking if we can get to game 7 with more OT games we might actually have the advantage.

    • The reason why JJ kind of suck now is because casey benched him for no reason last year .

He fell off his since that incident.

Keep in mind that Wade and Whiteside are also hurt, so, that will take it's toll.
Tbh, I don't believe for a second that wade is actually "rlly" hurt.

Maybe a few bumps and bruises, but it's playoffs. Everyone has that

              • Who plays more backup centre minutes---James Johnson or Bebe?

Tough question. JJ is in DCs dawghouse, and Bebe is too young for DC to think about playing him.

I'd like to start Bebe first. I think he provides better rim protection than JJ, and provides for more lob opportunities. However, JJ would give us the ability to scramble more on defense.

                  • Loved the effort by JJ last night. Played solid defense on LBJ and whomever he was switched on to. Also canned a pair of threes. Didn't do anything boneheaded on defense, but threw that one lazy pass which resulted in a fast break bucket. I think he's earned a bit more PT, no?

                          • same as udonis that deal is showing up on the ticker on nba tv. JJ had some good minutes against the heat in the playoff's totally shut down joe johnson right after carrol was getting torched by him in the post.
