Raptors -- two contenders (Cavs, Celtics) + one outside contender (Hawks) + one solid team (Bobcats) + five poor teams (Knicks, Pistons, Sixers, Warriors, Clippers)

Bulls -- two contenders (Cavs, Celtics) + one outside contender (Suns) + one good team (Bucks) + two solid teams (Bobcats twice) + two very poor teams (Wizards, Nets)

And the one head-to-head matchup.

Overall, I think the Raptors have more low quality opponents than the Bulls do and therefore have the easier schedule.

The Bulls deserve it much more than the Raptors. My money is on them. These recent things with Hedont Pizza Pizza faking sick and Bosh checking out all leads me to believe its the Bulls' to lose even though they're trailing.
