Good luck to Jordan. He deserves to be on NBA team's roster!

It only makes sense. How many backup wings do we need?

At least two that can score. Now we have only one, Louis Williams.

As I said on the other thread, it came down to a question of talent or need. Mr. Ujiri yesterday indicated it would be the latter in this instance.

I could see Hamilton ending up on OKC. KD out 2 months and Morrow just got hurt yesterday. They need wings.

Vasquez is a point guard. James Johnson has averaged 6.5 points per game over his career. He did shoot 14.5 per 36 minutes last year, with a .552 TS%, but only .253% from three. He was brought in primarily for his defence.

Fair enough, the issue is you don't have enough minutes for both JJ and Hamilton. If only they did some fusion shit...

Lets be real, we will be using an 8 man rotation. Johnson is only going to see the court if we need defensive help, and same with Hansbro.

Kinda expect OKC to sign Hamilton with Durant out.

It would've been nice to have kept Hamilton but, I think our front court was really undersized. Especially at back up center. People forget that ChuckWagon is 6'7", 6'9" in his shoes. Nogueira hasn't yet developed the lower body strength to defend post ups and can easily get bullied in the paint. I think Steimsma was the right choice. If/When Nogueira develops Steimsma may/may not become expendable.
