  • Thanks for the mention espn. I guess they missed the Miami game. Welp.

    Raptors Remain Perfect, Rout Sixers

DeMar DeRozan scored 24 points and James Johnson had a dunk that impressed Drake in the unbeaten Raptors' 120-88 win over the winless 76ers.

Very risky, the way they're going about it. They better hope these guys pan out. Could be a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng rebuild ala those early 00's Bulls.
Yeah but they're playing the odds since the best place to get a superstar is in the draft and with Embiid, Noel, MCW, Saric and whoever they get this year the odds are one will pan out.

Of course if they don't then it's going to look absolutely horrendous.

      • Man what a move replacing John salmon with jj and sweet lou. It may have a far bigger impact than we even first thought.

Almost like mocking your own team. Pathetic.
How is that mocking your own team? What caption would you prefer?

What if these guys dont resign? What guarantee do the sixers have that they will? Ok great u bred a superstar, well MASAI JUST PLUCKED HIM FROM YOU BRO!

But seriously, u spend 3 or 4 years developing these guys, half very likely wont work out, some will be injury prone, some will leave, and what are you left with?

All of this tank job assumes that guys will want to hang around.
Sunny ways my friends, sunny ways
            Because its 2015

You're guaranteed 5 years and most likely 8-9 if they are worth keeping.

                Risks in everything

Agreed. They seem like a real mess. But Embiid, MCW, Noel, McDaniels and Wroten seem to be decent pieces. Need em all healthy to start anything though. What do I care? They play in the Atlantic, so F 'em!

                  • Could they lose 70 games?

mcdaniels will be looking for a large pay cheque if he comes back next year though. hes only on a one year deal...

Embiid is solid if he can stay healthy. They are shopping MCW some dumb reason and then theres wroten.

Only time will tell on this team
I'm back. I no longer worship joe johnson
