Raptors didn't run anything but ISO last minutes and OT. They didn't try to win they just try to run out the clock. It doesn't work against good teams in close games

The real damage was done with the whistles at the start of the 4th that killed the raps run, then put Portland in the bonus way early....same thing they did for cleveland.
