1) Toronto out: Tyler Hansborough, Vazquez, Bebe
Toronto in: Isiah Caanan, Terrence Jones, Jason Terry (to make salary work)
Toronto waive Jason Terry so he can resign with the Rockets or whatever team he chooses
2) Toronto out: Landry Fields, Terrence Ross, Future 2nd Round Pick
Toronto in: Gerald Green, Miles Plumlee, Tyler Ennis
Raps Lineups
Lowry, Caanan, Ennis
DeRozan, Lou Will
Green, JJ, Bruno
Amir, T-Jones, 2Pat, Hayes
Val, Plumlee, Steisma
Raptors: We shed some of our assets in Ross and Vazquez and expiring in Hansborough and Fields, we acquire a nice backup in Caanan (Lowry lookalike prodigy) and Ennis (both can compete for the backup PG position, hopefully Ennis wins). Green is an expiring who could provide us with that veteran leadership when playoff comes around, although his a lockeroom headcase but I believe in Masaii and Coach Casey's system, he should thrive in it. Just imagine DeRozan and Green having a dunkathon night. T-Jones is a nice addition, young and atheletic, could be our future PF or come off the bench this year and with his presence, 2Pat is expendable along with our assets in the summer to acquire a big time SF.
Rockets: The Rockets acquire a nice backup PG in Vazquez who could also compete for a starting PG along with the core of Harden, Howard, and Smith. Hansborough is a nice addition for the team as well as in he plays tough defense and would be a nice backup big when playoff comes around. Bebe is a project big and would get his minute as a member of the Rockets. If the Rockets are looking to acquire Bruno Caboclo, we might consider getting one of Corey Brewer or Clint Capela from them.
Suns: The Suns are looking to rid of Miles Plumlee and this is a great package for the team. Ross will find his groove as a Sun as in they play his uptempo style type of game. Fields might find his groove as well for the young Suns. Although the Suns might be looking for a first round or a second round pick from us.
