Apparently the Knicks are dangling this years draft pick to gauge value. Seeing as it's probably a top 3 pick if imagine it's high.

Not sure how it works as far as trading this pick since we have their pick next year.

But....

Would you offer up DD for the Knicks pick and matching salary?

I guess the other question is, would DD be enough?

Draft one of these guys depending on what number the pick is -Jahil, D'Angelo Russell, Karl-Anthony or Mudiay

Jahil is a center so that will mean we keep him or JV - Jahil will probably be a top 5 player in a few years
The guys i really want are D'Angelo Russell or Karl-A
D'Angelo Russell can run PG and Karl is a PF/C so he can play beside JV

-D'Angelo Russell/Derozan/johnson/MAX Contract free agent/JV - Shane/GV/Tross/Ed Davis/Min Vet free Agent

Only problem with this is GV might want to start so we trade him on the 2016 trade deadline for a back up SF or C and a second i guess
~this way D'Angelo will get to develop for a few months before he starts
~GV is trade stock will probably go WAYYYY UP after he starts and we can get way more from him therefore no trading him during summer ONLY after December

Knicks are not going conventional rebuild. They can't, too much invested in Melo and he's over 30 he only has a couple prime years left. Makes sense they try to make a big acquisition. I'm sure lots of teams will be interested, could get interested.

I find D'Angelo Russell a better prospect then Mudiay. But both wont be worth that, two all stars and a first for unproven talent ?

There not a anthony davis/griffin or durant coming out of college.

Most i'll give up is lowry and 2015 first and top10 protected 2017 first , we get a young teen PG back to built around
