Why Toronto does it:
We pick up a 2nd 1st and get rid of Vasquez, who doesn't fit in our system
Why Dallas does it:
Felton, Barea and Harris are their only guards off the bench. Vasquez is a legit backup PG in the right system and can play off the ball so he can share the floor with Barea/Harris. Not to mention it's a bit of insurance in case Rondo leaves
This trade would have to made draft night, and not made official until the pick signs their deal. Dallas is slotted to go 22nd, so their rookie should sign for roughly 1.4M. Felton is owed 3.8M. Greivis is owed 6.4M.
1.4+3.8=5.2
5.2x1.25=6.5
6.5>6.4 so this trade should work in theory?
