MU cemented the foundation for the Raptors franchise success from Dleague team to players development to attracting(retaining) first tier players,has connections throughout the league(and Africa),a smart guy that added a lot of value/culture to a very well managed franchise that came 2 games short of NBA finals.
If it comes down to how much money to give him,well with lots of money becoming available every year (broadcasting wrights...) if many overrated players in the league got crazy deals this offseason I think MU deserves these mentioned figures.

He is a great GM and certainly one of the best but certainly not a genius. He's made a handful of mistakes (as does every GM not name Bufford).

Anyways easily our best GM ever and hopefully they get this done soon.
