As for the deadline to drop players - 1 week prior to the draft makes sense business-wise, giving plenty of scouting time. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry thought I'd responded before. If I recall correctly, I had pushed for people to have their rosters sorted by September 1st, but Matt pushed back and wanted 2-days prior to the Draft. I believe we finally agreed that you could make drops only up until 2 weeks before the Draft.

Makes sense. That way everyone has time to review things on their side before its too late. Drafts of this magnitude mean it's easy for mistakes occur. I'm always a little nervous about things the day of the NFL Dynasty draft because a mistake or two and an auto drafter later and suddenly things are thrown off the rails.

However, I noticed a glitch... wanted to look at FA's available, but yahoo showed none. Can I ask why this is? I was hoping to do some pre-scouting, who does well in pre-season, etc.

It's because Yahoo doesn't offer that. The only one who can see that would be the person who sets up the draft. Even then I don't know it they can with this setup of users flagging their keepers in the system independently.

I had a list in here which was probably around 95% accurate. I also had a list of top available rookies. That might help you a bit.

If the poor guy can't pass the physical they can't ignore that and move ahead. It's a liability to the team and more importantly, damaging to Chris Bosh's health.

I think that the nbapa would be able to put that down. The only way that can be true is if bosh is also corrupt and willing to be paid from the insurance company and not play.

If he is forced to medically retire does the union get dues on the rest of his salary?
