    Toronto out Patrick Patterson, Terrence Ross, Bruno Caboclo
    Toronto in Zach Randolph, Vince Carter, and Tony Allen

    Raps Lineups
    Lowry, Joseph, VanVleet
    Derozan, TAllen
    DMC, Powell, VC
    Siakam, Randolph, Sullinger
    Val, Poeltl, Nogueira

    Why Raptors, we strengthen our roster with some key veteran, Randolph is a great backup PF now and he will provide some mental and physical tutlege for the young Pascal Siakam and even Sullinger. VC gets to retire as a a Raptors and will bring in more fans when playoff comes around. Tony Allen is a decent perimeter defender and is someone Norman Powell should model after. On top of that, all three are expiring contract. We rid of TRoss so we can resign Lowry next year and add another PF.

    Why Grizzlies, they get a decent prospect in TRoss who could start at the SF for them. Patrick Patterson is a nice backup off the bench while Caboclo probably will be a decent backup prospect for them

    Randolph is an old and slow man. Patterson's perimeter defence will be missed. We trade 2 three point shooters and we lose on defense. AND we lose on continuity and chemistry. All we gain is a post presence and a bunch of dumb 'return of vince' narratives in the media.

          Because it shows the username that last posted in it more profoundly than the guy who started it. So if someone replies to 10FTW's crazy trade of the week, it actually seems like a sane trade that someone else figured out.

            It really is in every way imaginable.

            Defence - Z-Bo would be a huge issue and losing Patterson would be big. You could try and argue that Allen and Ross are a wash at least, but up front it would be killer.

            Offence - Z-Bo has lost a step, Vince has lost a couple steps and Allen never had steps.

            Long Term - losing younger players on all 3 accounts

            Short Term - Z-Bo would be redundant with a healthy Sullinger come time for the playoffs.

            This deal would be like chopping off a foot so that you could have a second wrist watch.

              Don't see the point of this trade -- your adding age which is more important than anything - Raps are a young hustling team, why add 3 old foogies?
