Lowry's surgery probably won't make things become a tough off-season decision. What *could* make things a tough off-season decision is the play of Cory and Delon over the next 20 games. Should they play well, and the Raptors' offense expands from Lowry+DeRozan into something more dynamic, coupled with improved defensive play, it may mean that Webster/Masai at least thinks about the possibility of not signing Lowry to a massive contract, and using that money to retain Ibaka/Tucker/Patterson instead. Would be highly unpopular with a percentage of the fans, but ......

Yeah you're dreaming if you think we'll play better without Lowry. If you havent noticed, we were trailing by double digits last three games and Derozan was scoring 30+. Its not sustainable

Casey has 4 NBA Coach of the month awards and has a championship (as an assistant) and an EAST Finals (as a head coach).

Stevens has 2 NBA coach of the month awards......

Dwane Casey has won coach of the month in each of the last 4 years. That's impressive, considering that they only pick 6 spots from each conference each year (1 for every month).

Sorry, didn't realize we were setting the bar that low for accomplishments. Coach of the Month is pretty useless imo. NCAA coaching awards would be a step up from NBA monthly awards.

No titles, no CoY awards, so both guys are on equal footing.

No offence to Kyle and/or Masai, but Kyle's wrist should've been checked in New Orleans. I don't even know how and when he sustained an injury.

Not sure I understand this?? Is he saying they knew about the injury and let him play in the All Star Game or is he saying that they didn't disclose everything straightaway to the media? If he's making former accusation then he must have proof. I don't agree with the latter at all. They aren't under any obligation to disclose anything to media or fans and Wolstat has no way of knowing why they withheld information....
