I think it's less about effort than it is about utilization and not being injured.

The ironic thing is that if we'd put in a ball-movement system two years ago, he might not have cost 2 picks to get rid of.

Wow. A couple of things stand out from watching that game. First, I still get nervous when Carroll dribbles the ball even when he’s on another team. Second, those Cleveland announcers are going to give Heinsohn a run for his money in Boston. Lebron drives in against a poor Net, uses his forearm to sweep him out of the way and the announcers go on about the ballet steps he put him through.
