  • Game #26: Toronto Raptors 115 - Phoenix Suns 109

    Projected Starters:

Toronto Raptors - JV, Ibaka, OG, DeRozan, Lowry
Phoenix Suns - Chandler*, Chriss, Warren, Jackson, Ullis

    * Phoenix uses Monroe, Chandler, Len in some weird rotation. This starting line up may change but was used against San Antonio.

    Notes:
    • Raptors are trying to start a new winning streak after ending a 6 game streak in LAC on Monday night.
    • Raptors beat the Suns at home on December 2nd with a score of 126-113. Lowry and DeRozan both had 20 points while Ibaka put up 19.
    • Booker suffered a groin injury in that game and is expected to miss another week or two.
    • Phoenix will be coming of a back to back as they will be playing in Sacramento Tuesday night. They have lost 3 games in a row prior to their meeting with the Kings.
    • Raptors are still sitting 4 games back of the top seed in the Eastern conference.

    Let's go Raptors!

Still won't erase the salt from last night's game. Should have won both. Some bad losses this year we should honestly easily be like 20-5

Under your list of Toronto starters you forgot to mention that JV doesn't play in the fourth.

Every good team loses a few to bad teams and all have already this year. Turn the page and get back to beating the teams you're supposed to be beating ....

Have definitely left a couple on the table, including last night. It's weird because given that early season schedule with so many road games, they are 17-8 and above 500 on the road, which is pretty good but it feels pedestrian. Guess I'm getting spoiled.

I'm old enough to remember when 17-8 was how much the Raps would be down by the first tv timeout every night.

or finishing 18-18 after the all star break was considered some sort of success.

"Bruno Caboclo is averaging 16.7 points, seven rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.9 blocks through 12 games for a truly horrible Toronto 905 team and looks poised to make his first G League all-star appearance. He’s shooting 34.7 per cent from three, but just 41.3 per cent from inside the arc. There are two duds mainly responsible for bringing down those percentages, where he combined to shoot 7-of-26 from two and 2-for-13 from three."

Not worth it. No Booker so this game is fake win.
