I've gotten it into my head that the solution to half our problems involves trading Bargnani.
Here's one I came up with that is simple and works.

Marc Gasol and Steven Hunter
One would expect the #2 rebounding team (by differential) in the league to be far better off than the Grizz but they're as bad as we are, at 7-12. They have poor shooters and one of the league's worst perimeter scoring. If Memphis is willing to give up a little rebounding for better scoring touch, then they'd be willing to make this trade.
From Gasol we would be getting a double-double every night from a guy who doesn't really shoot that often but has a good touch around the basket (as evidenced by his 63% shooting). He's also averaging about 2 blocks per game.
He's also fairly young, and should fit in nicely in the whole "Euro" atmosphere.
Btw, I may have a skewed perception of how much value Andrea has. Shrug, I think this is a pretty fair trade.
