i really wish this was true and could happen but just a point that would probably stop it (not sure if anyone has said just jumped right to the end) Melo is married to Lala something other who works on MTV (or atleast used to) in the US, not exactly sure if he'd want to relocate to Canada....but who knows we can all hope and pray

This has about as much chance of happening as UFO's all of a sudden appearing in the sky, sending down tractor beams that play funk music, picking up all the Earth's garbage with said tractor beams, then disappearing as swiftly as they appeared, leaving contrails in the shape of sticks of dy-no-mite!

I'm not saying it's impossible, but, you know, it's pretty unlikely.
That's gold Jerry, gold! Actually, Carmelo coming here would mean that pigs can fly and that Bosh is actually a man.

        Toronto Acquires:

        C.Billups
        Carmelo Anthony
        Nene Hillario

        Denver Acquires:
        Andrea Bargnani
        Jose Calderon
        Reggie Evans
        Marcus Banks
        Solomon Alabi
        and Chris Bosh's Trade Exception
He will not come here. New Jersey and even Golden State have serious talent to give up. He wants NYC but it's tough. If NYC has some assets that Denver doesn't want, we have a much less chance of landing him (because we have less to give ourselves). I'm shocked that people are even entertaining this. His future decision also involves his wife. This madness needs to stop.

LaLa Vazquez and Carmelo Anthony: Married!
July 11th, 2010 8:55 AM by Free Britney

It's (finally) official! After a five-year engagement, actress/MTV VJ LaLa Vazquez and NBA star Carmelo Anthony married in New York City Saturday night.

Adorably, their 3-year-old son, Kiyan, escorted them to the altar.

About 320 people, including pals Kim Kardashian and Ciara, were on hand to watch LaLa walk down the aisle in a Vera Wang gown, adorned with flowers.

Carmelo proposed in 2005 with an 8-carat cushion-cut diamond, but later added 2 1/2-more carats with two matching wedding bands, worth $200,000.

"They are ready to party!" Kevin Osbourne, who led the band that played during dinner, said. "A lot of soul and R&B. Michael Jackson to Stevie Wonder."

I understand that she has worked primarily in Los Angeles since they have been a unit over the last five years.

          She was born in Brooklyn.

I would think that she could find work in New York which is closer to Toronto than Denver is to Los Angeles

Find one article dated before my post which was originally posted on May 27, 2010 and later edited on May 30, 2010 that says Bosh is going to Miami.

Now I am not talking about an article that mentions Bosh as a possibility in Miami but an article that said he will probably sign with the Heat.

Go ahead please. I would love you to prove me wrong and make your day.

To make sure that I don't miss it. Please send me a private message with the appropriate link.

            Thanks
no one posted it cuz it was so obvious... i even posted a link to a bill simmons podcast where both of them said bosh is leaving and going to miami ... and that was from january...

wow that's really petty to be so insecure that you have to hang on to something that the whole world already knew and you think you discovered it... are you kidding me ??

so you predicted it, but so did a lot of people... thats not something to brag about...

if you had said bosh was going to a team that WASNT the front runner to get him than yea, you can say something... but bosh and miami rumors were active since miami started clearing cap space...

My guess is that Reggie and Amir are playing some NBA Live on PS3 online (using Twitter to run some ideas past each other and improve their franchise). They are probably trying to trade Bargs, Anderson, Davis, Alabi, Dorsey for Carmelo. Their staring lineup would be:
              Jack
              Derozan
              Anthony
              Johnson
              Evans

What if Buddahfan could be hired by the Raptors to constantly stroke Johnson's ego. 1 minue ago via Twit

The only reason Anthony would even consider playing here is if he wanted to show the rest of the world what he could do with the team Bosh had. If that's the case though he would be going to Cleveland, and try to prove he is a better player than Lebron (maybe some revenge for being robbed of Rookie of the Year).

common guys this is just reggie and amir having fun trying to recruit melo to toronto. The thing is if we got melo we would have to give up derozan something that im not comfortable with considering melo could bolt after a year. no matter how good we do he would bolt for sure to go to the knicks especially if CP3 goes there. the nets are giving denver the best trade so far harris plus favours. we can't top that, even if we gave up derozan. so guys just stop dreaming and get back to reality. the young gunz are our future

are yall serious. even if the nuggets decide to get rid of melo, there is no chance in hell he comes to the raps. second, even if hell freezes over and he does come here, nothing short of a championshop will get him to re-sign longterm. NEXT.

                        On Crack?

                        Hey Buddah,

You seriously think the odds that Melo will come here are 40%?

In that case, I will give you 1.22:1 odds (45%)... minimum $1000 bet. If you are so confident in your buddah-induced psychic abilities, put your money where your mouth is!

This guy Buddah is too much! I had to make an account just to chirp him. He thinks he was ahead of the pack by "sensing" that Bosh was going to Miami hahahaha. What a clown. Myself and many others could have told you that. If you make 100 predictions something is bound to come true don't you think? Just to clarify I clicked on your profile and found this:

                              Tue May 25th, 2010

                              2. Nothing of real import is happening and I know I could be wrong on this but I think that in the end Bosh will stay. Therefore all of these hypothetical S&T deals and the discussions that come out of it just seem meaningless.

Again I could definitely be wrong on this but that is my sense of it.

Your "sense" seems to have failed you at that time and it probably changed a hundred times so in the end you could go back and pick which one of your ridiculous comments was actually accurate. Why are you not reminding people of such profound insight that you provided like this.
