The Warriors have reached a buy-out agreement with Troy Murphy that will pay him less than 100% of his remaining salary, according to multiple sources.

Pacers and T.J. Ford still trying to work out a buyout. Ford wants to know a team will sign him before agreeing to the buyout.

Jared Jeffries will sign a free agent contract with the Knicks once he clears waivers on Tuesday,

In order to create a roster spot for Jeffries, the Knicks will have to cut a player. The most likely candidate is former lottery pick Shelden Williams, who came over from Denver in the Carmelo Anthony trade. Renaldo Balkman - another piece in the Anthony deal - is the second most likely candidate to be released.
Land Bibby or Murphy and Heat probably say goodbye to Jamaal Magloire. Land both guys and Carlos Arroyo probably gone too

Maybe Juwan Howard goes instead of Arroyo

Rasual Butler also waived as well as Former Raptor Mo Pete.

...how mo pete has fallen off the charts, prolly be playing over seas by october.

btw, being reported bibby to join heat.

I wonder if they choose the Celtics or the Heat? Both would probably be smart to choose the Celtics right now. Murphy could get good burn at times in Boston. Bibby would fit in well in the locker room there given all his experience and credentials.

In Miami Bibby would be starting though. I would think anyways. Not the case in Boston.
