  • Joey Dorsey Breaks Backboard Overseas

Not sure if this was posted before, but found this on NBA's all ball blog: http://allball.blogs.nba.com/2012/09...dunkers-dream/

Cool to see that both Dorsey and Acy are on the writer's top 5 list for shattering a backboard.

If you asked me, on the spot, to name the players across the globe most likely to shatter a backboard, Joey Dorsey would easily be in the top five*.
*Off the top of my head, the list would probably go:
    1) Dwight Howard
    2) Blake Griffin
    3) Joey Dorsey
    4) Quincy Acy
    5) Josh Smith
Wouldn’t you know that’s exactly what he gone and did?

I didn't think it was possible to produce a non-intimidating, glass shatter. I guess I was wrong....

I was thinking the same thing, but upon watching the Replay, that was a pretty fierce two-hander.

Why did we get rid of this guy again?
Why is Magloire on the roster again?

Magloire, 6'11" former all-star and solid veteran presence.
              Dorsey, 6'7" borderline NBA player.

              Now ask yourself those questions.
