    My twist:

    http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=9soxe9y

    Houston: Bargnani
Memphis: Martin, Kleiza, two 2nd round picks from Toronto
    Toronto: Gay, Motiejunas

OH yeah, and then that gets followed up with:

    http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=8rty6dy

Trade #1 is fair IMO. Memphis gets a little less in talent but considering flexibility at the end of the season, it's a fair deal. Good, realistic trade.

Sorry to piggy back on your trade, but I was thinking that Martin would need 30mpg to be successful, and with Toronto it would be difficult with DeRozan, Ross and Fields at the wings.

Utah on the other hand needs a SG, so how about this:
        http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=d7fnr6q

        Raptors receive: Millsap, Motiejunas, Bell
        Utah receives: Martin
        Houston receives: Bargnani

Raja Bell has been on the outs with Utah so including him in the deal shouldn't be a concern (and his contract allows the transaction to work). He'd be a nice veteran guy that plays defense and can shoot the long ball and is an expiring contract. We can buy him out if he doesn't want to play here. Millsap can get you 16ppg so shouldn't be too difficult to make up most of Bargnani's points - plus he's an expiring contract. Utah gets Martin who also has the expiring contract.. but they would then free up room for Favors/Kanter to get more minutes with Millsap gone. Motiejunas is also thrown in for the Bargnani trade. Although I'd rather have the lottery pick back instead of Motiejunas but I don't see us being able to get both.
It's not a bad trade. I would actually seriously do it in a heartbeat, but not sure if Utah would do this particular trade. Utah has to either get rid of Al Jefferson or Paul Millsap. With what I have seen from pre-season so far (might not depict what will happen in the real season), Kanter has really been playing well for his second year in the NBA. I feel like if Kanter can continue his performance from pre-season onto the regular season, Utah will be more leaning on trading Al Jefferson than Paul Millsap and give the starting center position to Kanter. Just my two cents on the trade...

Three Lithuanians on a NBA team, my head would fucking explode, this would a great move for the future, but then we would have a logjam not only in the PF rotation, but also at the SG so the BC should probably do another trade too
