There are certain guys like rose and Klove who clearly have been granted superior status because of what they have done in the past (i.e. an MVP and a guy who has recorded ridiculous amounts of 20-20 games for someone before 25)

I agree, the list is kinda confusing seeing as it's a list of just this year.
