Yep he made a lot of stupid decisions. Lot of good ones too though. Like the entire starting lineup.

True, but BC's starting lineup would include Bargs and Gay

Yeah I'm happy he's gone. Just don't like the blank slate of he did nothing right. Demar signing looks really good now too.

BC did some good things, but always managed to fuck it up with some worse things.

He did not have any plans to build a culture. The players were just pieces and there was no over-arching philosophy in how teams were put together.
