He is by far our best offensive player off the bench. Why the hell aren't we running the offense through him? This makes even less sense when the offence is struggling and he's getting like 2-4 shots a game at most.

have you checked his percentages?
offensive rating?
win shares?
assists?
free throw attempts?
But to answer the original question, for the exact same reasons he is no longer having the offense run through him in the starting lineup.
