We did tank, for the last 4 years (before this season). So it's all good.

2010-2011 was definite tank.
2011-2012 was a tank gone awry.
2012-2013 was sad because they actually tried.

One could make strong argument that is how current team was built.

Problem, of course, is upper tier talent still missing.
