      I am surprised that they don't want to tank !! It makes sense for them specially if they can keep Noah and just ship out Boozer and Deng. This will give them a 2nd star ( from this draft) that they need so badly to have beside Rose in future.

      That being said, if they want to compete this season then there is NO BETTER PG for them than Lowry. He is cheap and he is an expiring contract ... Raptors can get a 1st round pick in return but then the question is , Are we tanking ?

        Arguably Goran Dragic is better for them but Dragic will be more expensive than Lowry will.
