Dion Waiters for Terrence Ross?

I dunno man....this is a tough one.

I would trade Terrance Ross and Rudy Gay + 2nd Rounder for Waiters, Bennett and Verajao/Bynum (i don't even know if it works). I wonder if Waiters could play the point.....he seems to have the handles and his court vision is okay. He might find a good spot for himself if he could handle the point a bit more. Also, waiters is shooting 40.9% (18/44) from 3's so far this year. I still think he could be a good player - I definitely thought he had more promise than Ross (at first). If we can get Bennett along with waiters, I would definitely think about it.

Bennett needs to come back home! He's only 20 years old and he's playing out of shape.
