Because these are the Raptors we are talking about, they will likely go 7-8, crippling the rebuild. But at least we will get some "character Ws".

On paper I see the raps getting 2 or 3 wins, but I think they'll probably snag a game against a better team who is playing down to them. so I went with 4-11. But 15 and oh would be fine by me.
