2nd bold: 22.7 ppg, 4 apg, on 43% FG, on a division leading team. If you define skill by capabilities, Derozan has tons.
I think you are looking for the word 'talent'. Where it can be argued that Demar compensates for less talent with more hard work, but his overall skill is well far and beyond Ross' current skill.
