Definitely not a tank move. Memphis wants to win, because they want to convey the draft pick they owe to Boston this year, rather than have an unprotected hanging over them next year. It's top 8 protected and they're currently slated for 7th, so they really wanted to pass Wizards and Pelicans.

I dunno. Grizz could use the pick to get a decent scoring wing and they have enough pieces to get back into the playoffs next year and fork over a non-lottery pick. The West is a whole lot of mediocre these days. They're not that far off. Just need to dump their net negative wing players like Dillon Brooks, Parsons, Bradley, Justin Holiday & CJ.

It is kinda worrying. Siakam big breakout has made us make him a big part of the offense. Now where at the point if you contain him it puts a big kink into our play. Now we have to hope a young 3rd year player can keep it up when post season rolls around or else will be forced to create a new gameplan when it matters the most

It is cause he is a key part of the starting unit. On the other hand that whole 19 - 2 run was with Siakam on the bench. Fortunately this Rap team has enough offense to make up for a tough start by any one player. The opposition can't focus on 1 or 2 guys like other years. That combined with a concerted defensive effort and we should be ok...
