Myers Leonard 25 points in 1H. Blazers leading 69 - 65. Not too much defense...

Watching Blazers playing GSW. Teams are shooting the lights out to start. McKinnie started for Iggy. Quite a nice story behind McKinnie who was with the Raptors last year.

Who is the Bucks number 2 option that shows up game after game? It's supposed to be the all-star Middleton, right? Or Bledsoe, maybe? Neither team has a reliable #2. This series is surprisingly all about high-end role players stepping up, which isn't supposed to be how Finals teams are constructed, so all the experts say.

The Lowry-DeRozan comparison is also irrelevant because the Ride & Die offense was always going to have KL/DD as #1 & #2 in scoring because the whole point was to pass the ball back to KL/DD and gtfo of the way.

And yeah, I've never been on the FVV bandwagon even when he was nominated for 6MOTY last year, but the level of hate is going waaay over the top.
Beyond Giannis, I think Brogdon has been the Bucks most consistent player.

Fred's mom Susan is active on social media.
Let's just hope she doesn't visit this 'obscure' fan forum of her son's team.

Raptors number 2 (Siakam) is better than anyone on the Bucks not named Giannis, BUT the rest of our team is inconsistent while the bucks have more reliable options.

I think the Raps will be hard pressed to win the series too and I said it beofre game 1. They are too inconsistent and lack the number 2 option that shows up game after game. Not that it was a better team but a few years ago, every game summary had DeRozen #1 and Lowry number 2. THey weren't excpetional but they showed up most nights and gave what they had; This year's Lowry, Pascal, Serge, Gasol and Danny don't do that.

But although I alwasy said tha Bucks were the favourite, I refuse to rip into the same players, the Coach and quit on the team every time it looks like they're facing adversity or looking like it's a loss.

How many times can you read "midget" over and over and over, Moron over and over and over and then "Nurse is sucking on FVV's dick" and NO ONE SAID A THING. And I actually like this poster but that comment was moronic.

F this F that, I think half the posters on this board are in their teens I swear.

Fans like you who prematurely declare defeat are the ones who are truly pathetic.

You don't even know the words you are using, as undermatched means that we have the better players and coach.

And if you think Kawhi's decision is affected even one millionth of a percent by fan discussion on an obscure Raptors message board, then you are even stupider than your illiteracy suggests.
Undermatch = one unequal or inferior to the other

Didn't you read the part where I said I'm an objective fan?
That's where the difference between a civil fan and a wild (uneducated?) fan lies.

I'm not saying it would be affecting Kawhi's decision (because we share the same stoic attitude, lol), but it is a Raptors fans image that will look shitty as a result of your immature, illiterate (?) Wild attitude.

Yes, I did quit and as an objective follower of this team l still can not give them a chance against the Bucks.
Kawhi is the only bright spot in this team.
Everyone else is under matched and/or under performing, including the coach.
The series might give 7 games, but I will be VERY surprised if the Raptors advance.
I am more concerned now about how we can keep Kawhi no matter what happens.
And the fans ranting and whining wildly won't help, it only makes us look pathetic.

OK, I agree we don't want to get into a wild west shooting contest with these guys or GSW, but along with defensive force to slow down the Bucks offense we need to be more efficient at the offensive end if we want to win 4 games in this series. Last night we scored 118 for the win. Yes it was 2OT, but we still needed at least 113 to secure the W. Gasol and Norm stepped up to help with scoring, Pascal played with heart and Kawhi was simply amazing. Kyle shot the ball well too.

On the other side of the coin, FVV has become Public Enemy #1 as his shooting is terrible (1 - 11). That said, the biggest disappointment to me this playoff has been Danny Green. For someone with his experience, I expected more. Last night he was 0 - 8 before he made his 1 and only bucket. In 34 mins he had 3 points. On defense he was beat on drives to the basket, posted up by a much smaller Bledsoe and out positioned for rebounds. Why is everyone piling on Fred while giving Green a pass? If either of these guys shoot the ball for a decent percentage we win by a comfortable margin. Game 5 Sixers Green goes 5 - 6 from 3 and it's a blow-out.
Game 5 Sixers was Green's best game of the playoffs. In 15 playoff games, he has shot 35.1% (27 - 77) from the 3 line and his overall FG rate is 34.1% (35 - 102). Remove the 5 - 6 Sixers Game 5 and his playoff 3P shooting drops to 30%. In contrast, he shot 45.5% from 3 during the regular season.

Borrowing from Baseball, FVV 3P shooting is below the Mendoza line.

True, on paper these are the two best teams.
But until our players show up (not even step up), how can we win this thing?
Kawhi can not carry the load all by himself,
sadly even Nurse is being outcoached.
When they win Tuesday ... those questions get answered.

I don't grant the premise that we need to score 115-120 points to win. We just need to lock in on defense and hold the other team under 100.

We don't have enough shooting to trade buckets with Milwaukee or Golden State. But we have one 2x DPOY in Kawhi, a former all-defense player in Green, a borderline all-defense guy in Kyle, a fantastic switchable defender in Pascal, and older versions of 3x all-defense Ibaka and DPOY Gasol.

That's why we have to embrace defense as our identity and make Milwaukee grind for buckets. Limit their fast break opportunities. Slow the game down.

It's also why I don't understand why Fred is out there next to Kyle. He is a huge defensive
liability as a second guard because of his size. Yes we lack shooting but it doesn't matter if you give up twice as much on defense.

yeah.. same analysts who have been epic-ally (sic) dead ass wrong on multiple occassions (Boston will win 65 and roll to a championship... The Lakers are a playoff team and will make noise in the west... GSW will skip through the season without breaking a sweat....

these are the best two teams in the east and the raps are one of them....am waiting to see how things shake out on tuesday before letting you say nice things and shovel dirt on the season...

.Don't go all Grange and Aurthur with the defeatist Toronto sports attiutdes..... there is lots of talent and snarl/grit/sandpaper in that room ....
