Is there any NBA/FIFA rule against the Raptors or MLSE owning another team in another league (e.g. Spain), rather than a D League team. The team could use to stash or develop players (in a league with better competition) and not get handcuffed by a buy out. Essentially, using a Euro league team as a farm system?
As a complete guess I think that the NBA itself wouldn't allow that, seeing as they're trying to grow the D League brand and would probably be pretty pissed if some team were to circumvent it. So from that standpoint, yeah, there probably is.

And what is the amount for the 20 slot?
1.2 million is the 20 slot nominal amount.

And what is the amount for the 20 slot?

And is it non-negotiable how much we pay them?
