I'm pretty sure winslow was injured most of last season and then got traded at the deadline. Waiters is a bum that got suspended like 3 times last season. Both suck and the heat knew it. They needed thise young guys to play, and they needed them to play well to get where they got. I dont think it had much to do with pecking orders or hierarchies.
