He can't play an 82 game season at his current weight. He's not fat but you can't be that heavy. It's too hard. The fact he's breaking down in pre-season is not a good sign. Embiid has (or at least had) the same issue.

Of course, maybe it's a total fluke and he'll play 75 games but I wouldn't put money on that...

This is the main reason people have been doubting if Zion will become a true superstar. Someone was calling people idiots for questioning him after a few preseason games. This was always the worry. He had to be shut down after 1 summer league game, played half his college season, now is going to miss 3-4 weeks of the nba season. It wasn't his skills in question it was if he can be healthy and if he drops his weight to play full seasons is he still going to be the same player?

Not disagreeing with any of that... but all of those sub-plots take attention away from the guys who deserve it, on what should be their special night.
