I would do Powell and a first in a heartbeat. Maybe if the market is dry for him it's competitive but I could see teams getting into a bidding war subsequently making that offer very weak. OG and a first is tough but you may have to do it in order to secure a Fred/Hield/Pascal core to build around. It could work, I'm just not sure that Fred is the future at the point for us.

No, he won't be playing for the Suns G-League team. They just have his returning rights.

Returning rights are only good for one thing - if the player signs a G-League contract (not a 2-way, not an NBA contract that then gets sent down to the G-League), the team with his returning rights gets the player.

Miller is signed to an NBA deal. If he gets time in the G-League this year while on that contract, it will be with the 905. Those rights will only come into play in the future if Miller is no longer on an NBA contract.
