I am convinced Woj has the NBA offices lines tapped. How else would he get the "scoops" he gets especially each of the picks made before Silver gets to the podium (maybe the guy typing/printing out the sheet for Silver!). I think he passed out/did not believe the 20th since there was twitter silence on that one.

UPDATE: The Toronto Raptors are not working on a sign-and-trade with the Miami Heat involving point guard Kyle Lowry, a high-ranking Raptors source said Friday night, shortly after the publication of the story below, which proposed a deal was "Imminent."

Though his stature has been diminishing in the league for years...and this is sure to knock him down another peg. The only way he saves any face is if Lowry does somehow end up with the Heat.

I would not be at all surprised if he lost his job.
But it's BR, he'll probably get a promotion!

Lmao what joke. Only trust woj
Well, Woj generally posts things he's fairly certain about, when he actually has confirmation.

Even some other guys who might post thoughts or just rumours usually make sure they point out that it's not fact, and don't report on it further unless they get some confirmed info.

    Bucher's just a clown.

    Pretty weak on his part.

But credit for owning it when he realized he effed up
Kind of has to. Reporter has to retract a false story. That's the way it goes.

Lowry to Miami never made any sense. There aren't a lot of teams that are prepared to give Lowry the 8 figures a year he's looking for. Lakers might be the only ones since their pg situation is suspect. Knicks are already taking apart their core. Man the first rounder we got from them is looking like money in the bank right now!

    Lowry isn't going anywhere boys.

I mean, isn't checking your sources to make sure the info is good like journalism 101?

    Gosh, that is quite pathetic.

He gets so many people hyped up falsely.

I agree with white men, I would definitely not be surprised if he lost his job.
