This game is tough in general. The amount of 3s the Rocket shoots, rebounds go around the mid area, not the paint. At this point, the Rockets are experts at knowing where the ball goes after a missed 3.

Nicks been great but his gameplan lost us this one. We've seen OG guard Harden 1 on 1 as good as anyone. Don't like coming out with that strategy and getting their role players going. You give OG a chance to guard him straight up first before you whip out the double.

I totally agree. All their energy went into running around on D and were unable to track down rebounds.

Kind of reminds me of that time after high school when the star quarterback went away to school and his girl started dating someone else. Your boy came back at Xmas not knowing he was washed and acting like he was all that. Peeps were like gtfo man and go whiten your teeth there is a new guy In Charge and everyone knows it but you. A lot of open 3’s. That largely is down to doubling Harden and the Rockets finding the open man. But the defensive rebounding was shockingly bad. Saw guys watching rebounds and guys not boxing out. That is unacceptable. The compete level has to be much higher than that. And Pascal needs to up his intensity and not turn meek when things get tough. Rockets wanted this one a lot more. I want to see a lot more intensity from Pascal in particular.
