If they want this guy I'd rather they try to reach him up with 2nd round pick than reach him down with the 29th. Maybe try to offer "cash considerations" (if that's still a thing) and the 59th pick to a team with a mid 2nd round pick and try to get him that way, if that's really who they want. Could be his cousin randomly putting stuff on twitter though, who knows

Guessing you'll see a few trades of picks after the draft (since the NBA doesn't announce trades during the draft). Especially in the teens, when a team realizes that someone they want is still on the board.
