Well it’s major in terms of how long they are on the road. But they get Denver to start...then it’s murderers row in Phoenix, GSW and the once again Excremento Kings with the last stop on the trip a visit with the Mormons in Salt Lake City to end it.

5 games in 9 days and only the last game vs the Mormons is a B2B. They get a day off between every game except in Utah. After two weeks on the road Utah looks like a schedule loss.

With a win to kick off the trip against Denver they could go 4 and 1 ...Post the all star break the tank brigade is in full regale. You can bet that all those rookies and 2nd round picks who need reps to see what they have will be playing more minutes on the Kings warriors and suns.

    3 and 2 isn’t that bad either.
Nice use of the pink font.

Recall that home game vs the Jazz where we had a 40 point lead at half time or something ridiculous like that and then we give up a 50 point 3Q...Crazy game. 1 think at one point it reached single digits...crazy game ..The Jazz may be looking to do the sake.

(Good signing or bad aside in this case) how do teams keep adding when we can't because we're evidently, too deep lol

        Or is it cap?
Kyle and Siakam make more than lebron/AD or Kawhi/George. Nope.
Or is it the next wave Gasol and Serge making more than their 2nd tier?
Again. Same logic above. Teams have one of two things going for them that we don't. An obvious slot in the rotation someone would fit into, to get steady minutes. Or a perceived better chance to win a championship, no matter how flawed that perception is. In this case, it's not flawed at all, LAC has to be one of the favourites.

Jokes on him. His reputation took a hit a long time ago. We see you, Kyrie.

Kyrie is popular. He has max contracts. He has monetized and maximized his "brand" off the court. He has successful investments. He has a championship and an iconic Finals moment. He has all-NBA awards & multiple all-star appearances, plus ROY. He has chosen his playing destination, multiple times. He says what he wants to the media.

NBA players respect all of that and would love to do the same for themselves. Welcome to the Player Empowerment Era.

                  • If mo harkless gets bought out by Knicks he could be a great get. Good defender has been battle tested in playoffs and does all the little things that help a team win. His presence has been missed in Portland this year

Who are you giving him minutes to over though? And don't say McCaw since we know he's got to have dirt on Nurse.

What areas do Raptors need? And realizing the play-off bench shrinks to 3 - 4 players with majority of minutes going to the top 6 - 7 guys. A lot depends on injuries. We were fortunate last year as all except OG were healthy. With a healthy Norm, Kyle and Fred we do not need another guard although in a ball handling role Nick prefers McCaw over Davis at this point so a ball handling guard my be an option. At the wings we have Pascal, OG backed up by RHJ. Serge is a hybrid PF / C, whereas Marc is a more of a C. We also have CB available. A wing shooter could help as RHJ range is 2', however, his ability to grab offensive rebounds and energy make him valuable. Another big rebounder who could soak up a few fouls? I guess my shopping list in terms of priorities, assuming everyone is healthy would be:
                            1. Wing shooter, 3&D type
                            2. Big rebounder
                            3. Ball handling guard

                            • My priorities:
                              1. Waive McCaw
                              2. Waive McCaw
                              3. Waive McCaw

the deletion of a trash player off the equation will only elevate the games of TD/ RJH and Matt Thomas.

This team will just be fine without his presence.

With guaranteed 2020-21 salary, there is zero chance of this so might as well give this up. The hope is he finds his way out of the rotation by the playoffs, not that he is waived. He won't be.
