Meanwhile Siakam gets hacked all the time and gets to the line just 4 or 5 times for the whole game. His FTA's this year is 4.8, and this is for a guy always attacking the paint, posting up, and bursting in transition (where there's often fouls to break up the play)
Pascal def gets a bit jobbed on a nightly.
Ah, thank god basketball is back tonight.

Before the All-Star break, the commentators were talking like he was ready to play, but, the team preferred to give him extra rest and wait until after the break. Gasol situation is concerning as it's the second extended time-off for the same issue this season. As long as he is ready for the play-offs I guess.

Good point, but he should keep the bucket in mind when going in as well; all these guys you mentioned (except maybe Trae) are really good at muscling and finishing through contact. Particularly in the playoffs, If you just go in looking for the bump and complaining every time, the refs start to pick up on it and it doesn't get called (I remember Demar falling into that pattern in games that got more physical)

It's like when FVV drives to the basket and ends up in a position with no chance of scoring... Lately, Fred seems to be making better decisions on when / when not to... or so it seems.
For a while I thought Fred should not drive, ever. His finish rate at the rim sucked and he got blocked constantly. He's picking his spots and creating space on layups better. It does take falling completely sideways and putting tons of English on the ball, but he can do it (sometimes)."We're playing in a building." -- Kawhi Leonard

That has gotten much better but still happens sometimes.

This is one of four of Casey's old trap games (before and after Xmas, before and after ASG). So far this year we're 0-1. How only 0-1? Because Nurse's championship Raptors didn't play before and after Christmas I guess you might say we don't have any of these games this year because the ASG might could be considered a Raptor game as well
