Bucks had the MVP, DPOY and THREE all-defense team members and lost in five in the second round?

    Some frauds
not to mention they managed to trick all those pundits who said they are making it to the finals... the biggest frauds if you ask me

I hope so. Donovan is suddenly overrated. CP3 saved his reputation. Bulls will get another college coach that nobody respects.

                    • If Rocks lose I wonder what it would mean for analytical ball. Specifically layup and 3s offense.

If I'm dantoni I'm getting out of there anyways. They wouldn't give him an extension earlier in the year and now there are a ton of openings. The system will go with mike and rockets will have to go another path or find someone who is committed to the same ideology.

Suspect this means they are trading Paul and rebuilding fully. Donovan probably isnt interested in that. Sixers?

                          • With the Thunder now in full reset mode, maybe Schroeder and Adams are available as well. Gallinari won’t be back. Paul going to the Bucks?

                            That deconstruction could be interesting.

it certainly seems that way from paul's comments before he left the bubble and now this. though it remains to be seen how much paul's season raised his trade value. i suspect he's still not an asset and they'll need to unload something to get rid of him.

regardless, if that's the course they take it's a chickenshit move from one of the worst ownership groups in the history of professional sports. they have amassed an unheard-of asset base, and could absolutely build a contender while reloading talent around the periphery to keep it going for a decade. instead they'll blow it up cuz they're cheap.

not that it's surprising, they traded a top 20 all time player to duck the tax before. i'd fucking hate to be a thunder fan. worse, i'd hate to be a sonics fan and have had my franchise stolen by that group.

                              no respect for the thunder.

                              • Thunder had the highest luxury tax bill in the NBA last year and paid the tax at least 4 times in recent memory. The youth movement was going to come.

I actually like Chris Paul though he makes them better and will teach the kids a lot. Some interesting CP trades are possible with Mil or Philly.
